Lovely stay

The ambiance and atmosphere throughout the building and the breakfast. It was lovely. The owner gave us good advice regarding where to eat.

Not having a fridge in the room, but the owner was so nice to let us cool our drinks in the kitchen downstairs

Comfortable stay in a nice town

Our room was pleasant with a nice outlook of the Bell Tower and the ensuite was modern and appealing. Breakfast was a highlight. Janez made every effort to make our stay comfortable and was responsive to requests. Value for money considering the popularity of the area. Advise Janez in advance if you require a first floor room.

Parking is as much a pain for guests as it is for the town. Janez’s directions are probably the best you will get.

Delightful stay in a charming place in the perfect location!

Sweet! Clean, stylish, comfortable. Breakfasts were over the top! host was delightful and considerate. would NOT allow us to carry our own bags up and down the two flights of stairs to our room. highly recommended.

Silly little thing. no place to put your soap in the shower.

Welcoming & Clean property with good location & wifi

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for each person/traveling group was served at an individual table with an amazing amount of different foods (bread, cheese, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, & more). Coffee made to order. Rooms were small and basic but as described and clean. Wifi was good. Very well located, nice view from my room.

the closest parking garage available for tourist is a few minutes walk, and the turns inside there are quite narrow. you can however get much closer to the hotel to drop off your luggage, so that was no issue.

Max Piran is basically an old, authentic building very close to the center. The rooms are small, and have a very cosy retro atmosphere, making it a pretty unique place to stay. Not unimportant: comfy bed, good shower!

Parking is somewhat complicated (and costly) in Piran centre due to the compactness of the town (which brings a lot of charm). However, Janez proactively contacted us with clear instructions on how to easily get close to the B&B to drop off our luggage and where we could safely park the car during our stay, making this painless.

It was a very beautiful hotel with a lot of charme. Nicely decorated. The host was friendly and helpful. He was very thoughtful and prepared an extra vegetarian breakfast for us. Plus, best coffee we had in slovenia! Highly recommend the hotel.

Almost impossible to find something negative. Maybe for people with light sleep it might be problematic as there is a tourist street under the windows and a bell tower right next to it.

We had a great time at Max Piran, the room was perfectly clean and prepared for corona. The breakfast at the hotel is the best, the host makes sure that every allergy is taken into consideration and he also gave us the best restaurant recommendations. Great experience all in all, there's nothing to complain.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this cute little hotel. The location was amazing, right in the city centre, and we got a few great recommandations for restaurants and the best beach. The breakfast was delicious! Thanks again for the nice stay! Henning and Inga

Klimatyczne stare miasto.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Bardzo blisko do zwiedzania głównych atrakcji miasta. Dobre śniadanie szykowane przez własciciela. Na śniadaniu pieczywo,bułki,serki,wędlina 3 rodzaje,kawa ,sok,owoce. Aby sie zameldować trzeba napisać na watschapie 15 minut przed przybyciem bo właściciel dochodzi. Do głównego przystanku autobusowego 10 minut.

Brak smart tv i czajnika w pokoju.W telewizji tylko 3 kanały.

SUPER SEJOUR VILLE MAGNIFIQUE ET HOTEL TRES BIEN SITUE

Très bon petit déjeuner mais trop copieux. les Français en général ne mangent pas beaucoup de charcuterie au petit déjeuner et les assiettes étant très copieuses, gachis de nourriture à mon avis.

Tout était parfait mais revoir les quantités du petit déjeuner.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt, perfekt für ein paar Nächte.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Beschwerlich ist der Ab- bzw. Aufstieg zur Unterkunft, da es sehr steil bergab geht. Wir bekamen sehr freundlich Hilfe beim Tragen der Koffer. Ich weiß aber nicht, ob das immer der Fall ist. Die Lage bietet einen Zugang zum steinigen Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, der in 10 min erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, es fehlen aber Steckdosen. Insbesondere am Bett gibt es keine, das war nervig. Besonders freundlich war der Gastgeber, der ein liebevolles Frühstück direkt am Tisch servierte und jeden Tag nachfragte, ob wir noch etwas benötigen.

Zu wenig Steckdosen, beschwerlicher Weg, auch im Gebäude selbst sehr steile Treppen. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen kaum zu bewerkstelligen.

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch, ruhig gelegen, perfekt eingerichtet, sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die z.B. glutenfreies Brot für meine Tochter organisiert haben.
