Impegnativo raggiungere la camera con le valigie, gli odori del ristorante sottostante sulle scale non particolarmente piacevoli soprattutto verso le prime ore della mattina.

Bagno troppo piccolo e a 40 cm dal letto. Odore terribile di fritto e toilet nell’ingresso che sale su per le scale.

A szállás korrekt, minden közel van, bár Pran-ban minden közel van. :o)))

Sajnos nem volt (mini)konyha, így a hozzávalók sem. Pl. tányér, evőseszköz poharak Étterem (nagyon jó!!) a ház aljában van, de azért 2 pohár elkélne a szobába.

Ich war rundum zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt: Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet – mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und bequemen Betten. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: nur wenige Schritte zum Zentrum und gleichzeitig vor einem kleinen Park mit Brunnen – optimal, um zu entspannen und in die Gassen von Piran einzutauchen. Für das, was geboten wird, stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Alles hat gepasst – gerne wieder!

Struttura in centro città

La struttura si trova nel retrobottega di un ristorante e letteralmente per accederci si passa accanto ai bagni del locale. Si sente già di prima mattina puzza di frittura stantia. Odore davvero nauseante su tutte le scale. Camera senza ascensore al terzo piano, bagno molto molto piccolo e senza appendini. Pulizia standard. Personale assente, il check in è stato automatico. Non vale i soldi spesi sebbene sia in pieno centro. Nessuna opzione o convenzione per colazione. Parcheggi lontani.

Posizione molto vicino al centro, senza però la confusione della piazza centrale e delle vie annesse. Camera ne' piccola, ne' grande, ma pulita e con un buon condizionamento. Stanza e bagno nuovi o rifatti recentemente.

Per noi che avevamo la stanza nel sottotetto, tre piani di scale piuttosto ripide senza ascensore. Bagno molto piccolo, anche se con una buona doccia. Situato sopra un ristorante, un po' di odore di cibo e un po' di rumore dei clienti, anche se non fino a così tardi. Non c'è un armadio.

Prix extrêmement élevé pour les prestations. Self check in il faut tout faire . Pas de conseils, c’est de l’expéditif... Chambre correcte, salle de bain minuscule et check out a 10h Tout ca pour 140e la nuit. Avec en plus des voisins bruyants

La habitación y las vistas... Una maravilla acostarse y levantarse en ella. Además, la comodidad de la cama. Sin duda, volveremos a ir. Lo recordamos muy encantados ya.

Basic comfort, clean, but expensive and only digital communication,

Locatie is prima, het is een klein maar schone kamer en minibadkamer. Althams war ik 117 euro voor betaald heb.

Vooraf was mij niet duidelijk dat alles op afstand digitaal zou gaan. Onderweg kreeg ik een sms (!) met de vraag om al mijn persoonsgegevens per mail of app te sturen inclusief paspoortnr. Dat is echt not done in deze tijd! Bovendien heeft Booking vooraf niet aangegeven dat alles digitaal was. Tot overmaat van ramp kon ik na verlenging an een dag niet meer via een digitaal bericht doorgestuurde code mijn kamer in. Ik moest daarvoor bellen. Foutje! telefnoisch wel snel hersteld. Enfin. Alles digitaal vind ik niet gastvrij.

Allotjament correcte

La ubicació de l'apartament és bona. L'habitació és àmplia i tot està molt net. Les indicacions d'arribada també han estat molt clares.

Està just a sobre un restaurant, cosa que fa que pugin moltes olors a menjar. Si s'arriba en cotxe, hi ha algun pàrquing que val 20€/dia, i estan força allunyats. No es pot aparcar a l'allotjament!

Apropiado para una corta estancia

Este alojamiento no está mal. Todo depende de las expectativas. Es simple pero cómodo. Ojo, no tiene ascensor, no dispone de recepción, la entrada es mediante código de acceso. El tamaño de la habitación es correcto, aunque el baño es bastante pequeño y carece de perchas para las toallas de baño. La cama es amplia y el colchón es consistente. No tiene un armario para colgar ropa. El armario es bajo y luego tiene un perchero. Dispone de un pequeño frigorífico y aire acondicionado. Está bien para un alojamiento de corta estancia. La ubicación es buena, aunque en Piran todo está bien ubicado porque es una población pequeña. No dispone de garage. Recomiendan un par de ellos cercanos al alojamiento. En el que aparcamos (aprox. 10 min. a pie) costaba 20 € el día. Ojo, en el casco histórico de Piran aparcar es muy caro, cuesta 6 € la hora. Está restringido a residentes. En definitiva, es un alojamiento bastante aceptable. Buena relación calidad-precio

Very convenient, comfortable, clean room, ideal for a short break. Compact, but with everything needed: shower, air conditioning, small table and fridge. Central location set back from the main road, with lovely restaurants in the area. Clear communication with easy self check-in and good value for money. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Door noise from the corridors is quite loud, so perhaps not for delicate slepers

Camera bella,non grande, pulita e ben posizionata

Posizione ottima, vicina al mare e a tutto. camera pulita, secondo piano , la nostra, senza ascensore.Letto comodo, aria condizionata efficiente.

Bagno un po' piccolino, camera non spaziosissima. Mi ha dato molto fastidio questa cosa : dopo avere avuto conferma della prenotazione l host ha riferito che non è possibile parcheggiare all interno delle mura di Piran. Soluzione, un parcheggio a circa un km al prezzo di 6 euro all' ora o 29 euro al giorno. Sicuramente non dipende dall' host, ma se scrivi PARCHEGGIO DISPONIBILE, a tutto penso ma non di camminare x parcheggiare il mio mezzo a quelle cifre.

We had a great time visiting Piran and Portoroz.

The location was great, large bed was very nice aswell.

There were no curtains so we had to improvise with the towels. Check-out is quite early.
