Ideal for a good value short break

Very convenient, comfortable, clean room, ideal for a short break. Compact, but with everything needed: shower, air conditioning, small table and fridge. Central location set back from the main road, with lovely restaurants in the area. Clear communication with easy self check-in and good value for money. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Door noise from the corridors is quite loud, so perhaps not for delicate slepers

Location is perfect Room was clean

there is no curtain, you may feel uncomfortable toilet is just next to the bed door locking is not possible, it would nice if the door was lockable there is restaurant at ground floor, the smell of food is coming upstairs but we didn't smell it in the room

The lack of pre check-in information about parking - understanding the parking garages would have been very helpful and a short so no issue if we had known

We had a great time visiting Piran and Portoroz.

The location was great, large bed was very nice aswell.

There were no curtains so we had to improvise with the towels. Check-out is quite early.

Great location, clean, some issues

Location excellent. Room very clean and fresh.

Bed too big for room difficult to acess bathrooms (our group had two rooms.) Did not realise there was no reception (which we prefer) when we booked. 10 am is far too early for check out: mosr hotels are 11am or noon.

Great host, comfortable bed, expensive accomodation in such small city, nothing to do there in March

Katja is a great host, very welcoming and adjustable. The room was very clean, the location is good.

The city is overpriced. Accommodation too. Not this host specifically but all of them. We visited in March and a simple bread in the supermarket was costing 3.40 euros! If you come inside with a car and don't manage to unload your luggage in 15 minutes they will charge you 3 euros! Crazy

Super central! Spacious and clean room, with modern and beautiful decor. Power sockets near the bed. Beautiful view from the window.

There is no elevator so beware your luggage when booking this place. Fried smell all day in the entrance because is near a restaurant kitchen. No hangers on the bathroom for the towels.

Checkin is very easy and location is great! All information received in advance make the thing convenient !

Cleaning was poor. I think it was made fast The bed was really really soft… but this is a question of personal preference :)

Piran is an excellent town with fine architecture and friendly people.

First class location in a decent well maintained old building. The room was comfortable and pleasant with original decor.The only grumble is that there were insufficient places to hang towels. Not sure that the Park restaurant on ground floor is an asset but it didn't disturb or bother us at all. Cannot rate staff as there are none.
