The terace and the location !
Room could be larger, but on this location with the terace there is no need to.

Silence during the night
Good comfy beds
Steep and narrow stairs, second floor, difficult for heavy luggage
Bathroom quite small and dated
Parking not available at the location. You have to park in a garage outside Piran, price is 20-30 euro per day, it adds-up to the cost of the stay decreasing the value

Clean
Noise, from street, from other apartmants, from cleaning staff. We have poor sleep because of noise. Walls are very thin and/or hole building is shaking when somebody is walking in apartment above or stairs.
