Super za kratko bivanje

Super lokacija, lepa in čista soba v tipični ozki ulici, v središču Pirana. Primerna za kratkotrajno bivanje (1-2 nočitvi). Razmerje med ceno in kvaliteto bivanja je primerno.

Pravzaprav je bilo vse čisto všečno, saj smo sobo potrebovali za eno nočitev. Za več dni bivanja, bi nam bila premajhna, sploh, če bi morali sušiti brisače ipd.

Malý pokojík skoro v samém centru starého města

Menší pokoj, ubytování přímo uprostřed starého města. Hluk ale při zavřených oknech nebyl slyšet. Blízko do centra.Pokoj čistý, všechno potřebné pro jednodenní pobyt bylo k dispozici.

Večer bylo slyšet docela velký kluk ze schodiště , případně při splachování, prostě starší dům. Ale v noci byl klid a vyspali jsme se dobře.

Lokacija je izjemna, soba zelo čista in ima resnično lepo teraso :) Priporočam.

Morda to, da je pač nizko mansardna, pa da manjka v kopalnici nekaj kavljev za brisače, sicer pa res nimam pripomb.

Hat für mich leider keinen Wiederholungswert

Die Lage ist super - direkt zwischen Tartini Platz und Hafen. Man kann ruhig schlafen, ist aber schnell am Wasser oder zum Einkaufen oder beim Aquarium.

Leider ist es tatsächlich nur ein schlichtes Zimmer ohne Küche etc, was für Selbstversorger gar nicht geht. Wer viel Gepäck hat, muss mächtig schleppen, da es mehrere Etagen nach oben gibt.

Très bon emplacement en plein centre ville. La chambre était propre.

Nous étions au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Notre chambre était sous les toits, je me suis cogné plusieurs fois la tête car la chambre est TRES TRES mansardée. La chambre était également très petite. Pas de volet sur le velux donc réveillé par le soleil ...

Convenable pour une nuit de dépannage.

Le lit était confortable. L’emplacement est idéal pour être au centre de la ville.

Il n’y a aucun lien avec le personnel que l’on ne voit pas. La chambre n’a pas de fenêtre, ce qui est un point négatif mais ce qui gênant c’est par rapport au prix. Ce n’est ni un hôtel, une auberge ou un AIRBNB car il n’y a pas de communication, de services liés à ces différents logements (bouilloire, gel douche, shampooing…). Bref c’est un logement de dépannage

Kleines aber feines Zimmer in perfekter Lage

Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage. Da das Zimmer keine Fenster besitzt, wurde es mit einer Lüftungsanlage und einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Daher war das fehlende Fenster für uns kein Problem. 😊

Leider ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Es fühlt sich an als hätte man die Tür offen gelassen oder die Wände seinen aus Pappe. Zudem sind sowohl das Badezimmer als auch das Schlafzimmer sehr sehr klein. Persönlich finde ich den Preis für das Zimmer ebenso relativ hoch.

Very close to centre of town. Fridge in room. Shower was good though the water wasn't draining quick enough for the high flow.

Room was on top floor. This was not mentioned in description. My wife is on crutches so stairs are hard work. The room was small and most of it unusable due to the low ceilings. The terrace was OK but I booked it hoping for a view but you are viewed upon by other windows and are on the top floor in a back courtyard area. There were no toiletries provided at all - the first place we've stayed like this. Normally not an issue but we'd left ours in our vehicle at the out of town parking... No kettle or coffee making facilities. It's literally just a room and a bathroom.

It was great for the price for sure!!

The room was great overall. It had all the basic amenities, in addition to another bed that can double as a couch. The place is also close to the Piran center, which is convenient for access. The staff was receptive to requests as well.

The room didn't include a kettle and the fridge wasn't as cold.

Perfektes Doppelbett Zimmer mit Terrasse ☀️

Sehr sehr hübsches kleines Zimmer.. Sehr sauber und alles was man braucht. Ganz besonders hat mir gefallen das ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer war obwohl dies nicht an den Fotos ersichtlich war.. Das absolute Highlight für uns war das man in sehr wenigen Gehminuten am Meer und bei den Restaurants war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, danke :)

Leider funktionierte der TV nur mit Slowenischen Sendern aber für uns kein Problem da wir ihn eigentlich nur zum Testen eingeschaltet haben.. Hatten das Zimmer 8 im letzten Stockwerk - sehr enge Stiegen vor allem wenn jemand mit mehr gebäck reist - für uns war es kein Problem... wollen nur den Zukünftigen Gästen bescheid geben 😊

The location was superb. The outside balcony provided a chance to dry hand washing. A fair effort had been made to restore old buildings.

Struttura vicino al centro. Pulita. Personale disponibile e risponde molto velocemente.

Una camera era ok anche se piccola. L’altra (quella con terrazzo) ingestibile per le altezza del soffitto, abbiamo picchiato la testa più volte e non si riesce a stare in piedi in nessun punto della camera. Per fortuna siamo stati solo una notte

Bel terrazzino ma occhio alla testa

Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di un bel terrazzino godibile. La camera è piccola ma accogliente.

La camera all'ultimo piano, essendo mansardata, se da un lato ha il valore aggiunto del terrazzino, dall'altro ha i soffitti bassi ovunque, tranne che in uno stretto corridoio, per cui si deve fare molta attenzione alla testa. Non indicata per soggiorni lunghi e problemi di schiena.

Okey for a few nights

Self-Check in and check out is easy and uncompleted. Beds are comfortable and location is good. In the shower was a a bit mold and the bathroom and toilet is right next to de bed with a very thin sliding door, means you hear everything if someone is in the bathroom.

Great value for money

Room has super position, groceries, bakery, drinks and restaurants in 3 minutes or less. Host was really nice, we had all the necessary information and she answered all of our questions quick. Getting to the room is through two doors unlocking with PIN code. Room has no window, but it has vent and AC so no problem for us, as we were in the room basically for sleep and to change clothes, but for longer time it could get weird without any sunlight. However, we were informed right after booking that there is no window (and it is also stated in bio, so no problem)

Bed was too flappy(soft?) for us, but everyone likes something else, so it's not downside I think. Room is really small, without wardrobe, it is suitable for short stays imho (less than a week), for longer stays it might be uncomfortable.

Excellent location, very easy to check-in with door codes. Fast and proper communication-they sent us all the instructions, how to find the place, where to park a car etc.
