Snowflake Suites VI

I had a wonderful stay at Snowflakes Suite VI and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rovaniemi! The apartment was great, comfortable, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant and convenient stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I requested an early check-in, and they kindly granted my request for an additional fee, which was absolutely worth it. The check-in process was smooth overall, although there was a minor issue with the door key. Thankfully, this did not take away from the overall positive experience. What I appreciated most was the excellent service, the well-equipped apartment, and the staff's willingness to assist. Everything I needed was there, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Snowflakes Suite VI. The accommodation, service, and hospitality made my stay in Rovaniemi even more enjoyable. **Definitely a five-star experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit!** Highly recommended!

NOtHING!

This apartment is located in the centre of Rovaniemi. Few foodshops nearby (incl 24/7 shop). Apartment is located on 5th floor. It is quiet and spacious enough. Kitchen is fully equipped with items needed for cooking (incl salt, filters for coffee machine, dishwasher tablets, baking paper). In the bathroom are also shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent. There is ample space in closets to be able to unpack things.

WiFi is patchy. I think there had not been someone visiting for a while as there was quite a lot of dust collected on surfaces (lamps, even water kettle). Given that guests stay normally (I suppose) few nights only, would be good to have also some coffee and tea avalable. Not to buy full package.

Nice

Thin wall and window. Could hear cars all night.

Excellent location. Was clean and tidy with good kitchen and bathroom.

The bedding was awful. They were so uncomfortable and the pullout sofa was disgusting and not made up. The bedding didn’t even fit. The tv was not able to connect to any apps so we couldn’t stream in our own language.
