The sauna and location were excellent. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and the place was ver warm.

We chose this apartment specifically because of the balcony shown in the description, but unfortunately there was no balcony, which was very disappointing for me. We also had problems with the TV remote for two days — it did not always work properly, and it was very difficult to change programs. In the end, we discovered that the issue was simply the batteries. Unfortunately, even though it was a small thing, it became quite inconvenient during our stay.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, and cozy, and its central location is a big plus. At first glance, the flat appeared clean. However, some areas had clearly been overlooked. Underneath the bed and sofa was extremely dusty, as were some appliances and the bedside tables. As someone who suffers from a dust allergy, this was particularly problematic. When I accidentally dropped something under the sofa, I had to reach through large clumps of dust to retrieve it. Communication was also an issue. I contacted the hosts regarding parking but never received a response. Instead, automated messages directed us to purchase parking in a different building, which was more expensive than the option mentioned in the booking messages. Despite asking for clarification, we never heard back.
