Very good location, close to everything. Very clean.Equiped kitchen and laundry. Very good size. Wifi worked really well. Even with construction next door we couldn't hear a thing.

The location was great and the apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay. It looked new and well-cared after. It was very quiet.
The apartment was cold and we did not feel comfortable and cosy in the evenings. However after we requested a portable heater the host provided it immediately. This made the situation much better.
Reaching the hosts outside of normal working hours (9:00 - 17:00) seems hard. This is not very convinient if you experience a problem on arrival (because arrival is always after 16:00).
The beds are seperate (not a real double) and the matress is thin. The sofa was also not very firm, would be painful to sleep there.
There is only 1 elevator for a building with roughly 50 apartments and the stairs are very small. One day the elevator broke and it was very inconvinient.
A little towel for the feet after the shower would be good addition.

Very central, good location
No cleaning during 1 week stay, if you want to have cleaning, costs extra 140 euro. Even securing your luggage in the last day for couple of hours has been charged 15 euro.Beds and pillows were not comfortable
