About this apartment rental
This historic, 900 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building.
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.
Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.
For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
This loft features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find a spacious walk-in closet and king bed, washer and dryer.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.
The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

We went for a concert and enjoyed the Old Market area. From this location the event center CHI-Health Center, was about a 10 minute walk. Super easy.
Check-in was stressful as I did not receive the email of how to access the unit until after we arrived and I was on the phone with VRBO.
Once we got the information from the owner all went well. The unit was nice, clean and very bright!
Old Market is walking distance to many restaurants and unique shops. We enjoyed walking around.
Also to note if you are planning on renting a electric scooter to get around know that the city has them shut off at 10:00 or 10:30 every night. So don’t go so far if your planning on staying out after 10.
