About this apartment rental
This historic, 900 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations.
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.
Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.
For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
This loft features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find a spacious walk-in closet and king bed, washer and dryer.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.
The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Overall…great location! Located right in the heart of downtown Omaha - Old Marketplace. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment! Easy to find parking. The building is a classic. If you want to experience staying in a converted space this is perfect. The accommodations were ok. My only issue with giving 1/5 stars was the accuracy of the listing. pictures of what is posted was not what the apartment looked like. The apartment we stayed has the same amenities and layout, but decor and furniture was completely different. I picked the listing based off of the pictures I saw. furniture was outdated and the bed was not comfortable. I went with the more expensive choice based off of pics posted. There are also two elevators. One was out of order and we were not made aware. Had to take another elevator - which worked out fine. Overall a good stay.
