About this apartment rental
This historic, 700 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.
Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.
For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
This loft features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find a spacious walk-in closet, in-room washer and dryer, and queen bed.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV.
The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
This loft is ADA compliant throughout.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.
This is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building.

Very clean and beautiful place ! Location is fantastic overlooking old market. Secure and safe building made our stay deserving of coming back next year. I'd highly suggest renting this place.

The unit and building in general were clean, in great/new condition and the location couldn’t be better - tons of restaurants and bars around and a short walk to the Charles Schwab Field.
The cons were that the unit is ADA compliant (which wasn’t in the listing), which I respect; however, this means half of the shower was taken up with a seat and the shower head is 4’ tall and off center - so every shower was awkward. I wish there was another shower head at regular height.
Also, the toilet was wobbly and clunked with any weight on it.
