Two story beautifully updated and contemporary with fenced-in back yard, located south of DT. Well furnished, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Fast internet w/smart TVs!

The dining/living area has ability to seat up to 10 people. Basement kids play area along with additional beds. This comes with memory foam beds . Handicap accessible without any steps into home.

The house was very nice! It is in an okay neighborhood close to the Old Market. The property owner was very responsive when we had cleaning concerns. He had his cleaning crew come back and fix what they had not cleaned. He did refund my cleaning fee, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Hopefully they will make changes after expressing our concerns.
