I had issues with the VRBO app - this property originally said "No Vacancy" so I booked another. 4-weeks later I arrive and have a welcome email, from this property. I later find another welcome email, from the 2nd property that I thought was my only reservation. Currently, I have two charges on my CC for two properties - I stayed at one. Waiting for someone from VRBO to reach out and make this right - it's been a week.

The house was very nice! It is in an okay neighborhood close to the Old Market. The property owner was very responsive when we had cleaning concerns. He had his cleaning crew come back and fix what they had not cleaned. He did refund my cleaning fee, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Hopefully they will make changes after expressing our concerns.
