A great place to stay and was a nice walkable distance to the pedestrian bridge. Neighborhood seemed quiet and safe.

Throughout the process Nick responded in a very timely manner and was great to work with. House was great!

Upon arrival, the garage can out front by the curb, full of garbage. The lawn was not mowed. The rug in the living room was rolling up in the corner and people were tripping over it. The shower curtain liner in the downstairs restroom needs changed. There were no washcloths in that restroom. The garbage can in the kitchen needs cleaned out. The bedding and pillows definitely need upgraded.
