The two best things about this property are:1. Bang for your buck. This house easily accommodated my family of eight. From the large couch to large dining room table to the large yard. We never felt squeezed in. And our wallet didn’t feel the squeeze either. 2. Location Location Location. It was about a three minute drive to the zoo and maybe ten minutes tops downtown. Both trips involved about three turns on lightly traveled roads. House was also close to the interstate for trips to the west side or to cross the river to Council Bluffs

It looks better in pictures than in real life, but everything we needed was there, very comfy couch and beds! Loved the huge tub! LOVED the side porch, we were out there most of the time. LOVED the dining area. Very home-y

While this was a good location, this was not the experience we were hoping for. Listed as one of the bedrooms having two beds. It does not. One is a Japanese mattress that is under the bed. When you pull it out, you can’t open the door to the bedroom. The bathroom downstairs is scary. Cold, dark and very dungeon like. The dishwasher was broken and the kitchen is quite tiny. We had our whole family there and it was a tough space for us. Only one real usable tiny bathroom. I will say, communication with the property manager was immediate and excellent. For a small crew, this would be fine but would not recommend this for groups larger than 4 people.
