About this apartment rental
This historic loft is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market (12th and Howard). The suite includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms featuring modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown hotels, restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.
Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.
For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and king bed with great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a king bed as well.
The living room space features ample seating along with a bar-height table and stools. For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable. The full kitchen, with solid surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.
