About this apartment rental

This historic, 1,200 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom, large windows with a great view, and queen bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and walk-in closet.

The living room space features ample seating, great downtown views, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available nearby. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

We were in town for a NE/WI football game in Lincoln and this was the perfect place for the 4 of us to stay the weekend. The condo was well decorated and the building gave a great urban, modern vibe. The location was fun with lots of food, coffee and bar options - all within walking. This is an urban, downtown location which may not be for everyone. You’ll park either on the street or in a nearby parking structure for an additional cost. We paid less than $20 for the whole weekend. You will also encounter homeless individuals, especially at night. However, we never felt unsafe or concerned…But again, this may not be for everyone. The loft itself is very modern, plenty of space for the 4 of us and was clean. The check-in process was very easy and our host was responsive when inquiring about the WiFi when we were there. Would definitely come back if coming back to Omaha.

This property was easy to book, easy to find, easy to check in. Wonderful location in the heart of Omaha. There were 4 of us, myself and my two siblings and our 80 year old mom. The loft was very clean. It was not super well appointed but we had everything we needed. The listing says that it sleeps 6 but 2 sleeping spots are a pull out sofa so we brought a small air mattress. It worked just fine! I would definitely stay here again; we were very comfortable. We also had no trouble finding a place to park on the street within a block of our building. It was great to walk everywhere.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. Plenty of room and the loft was so cool! Great location and the building was very quiet. Old Market is a fun area! We were in town for a concert at CHI and we walked to the concert! We will be back!
