Located in Midtown area near Blackstone and UNMC this house was built in 1920 and has lots of charm! It has been updated with all the modern amenities and is a great place to stay! This property is near many attractions and close to the Blackstone district with great food and bars.

Very comfortable stay--it was hard to leave! The house was clean and cozy and decorated perfectly. The kitchen seemed to be missing a few basic pieces (casserole dish and spatulas) but was otherwise very accommodating. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood just steps away from city life and the outdoor spaces were adequate and would have been very enjoyable in nicer weather. (It was cool and rainy during much of our stay and the grass in the backyard was getting high.) The house really is a Midtown Charmer! Highly recommend!

We have stayed here a couple of times. We love the location. The house is always clean. Kitchen has all you need to cook. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. We will definitely stay again

We've stayed at this VRBO twice. The first time it was a good stay and the house was clean. This time the home had only been partially cleaned. The bathrooms in particular were quite dirty especially the toilets. The owner offered a refund but left us to clean it ourselves which was frustrating.
