About this apartment rental

This historic, 1,000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, and private bathroom. In the second bedroom you'll find a king bed and walk-in closet.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

This is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building. Any pets brought during a stay will incur an additional $149 pet fee.

The location was superb. The check in and check out process was so easy and our stay was pleasant. The only reason we would chose not to stay again is the sleeping accomodations. The mattresses and pillows were terrrible, and the beds creaked every time you roll over. Once the mattresses and bedding is upgraded this place is 5 stars.

I agree with another stayer that beds were not very comfortable. There was no contact with management. Location was very nice. Wish there was windows. Would stay there again.

very nicely appointed and comfy. The location is perfect for access to restaurants, parks, open space and connections to the river. On-street parking is easy to access and adjacent to the building. The unit is in the building interior with visual access to the atrium, and no direct outside street view which was ok for our group. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is property portrayed. It was clean, easy to access (except the elevator was broken so hauling luggage up three flights of stairs wasn't great), and adequate. I think that if the owner or property manager actually spent one night in this property it could be so much better. For two king beds (that were adequate in comfiness), there are 4 pillows for sleeping in total. Those pillows are paper thin. I did not find any extra bedding in the property. This was disappointing. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable, and the chairs that are next to the kitchen counter are to high for the counter so you can't actually sit in them and get your legs under the counter. There are no outside windows and controling the temperature in the unit was limited. There was a celing fan with the light in the master bedroom, but the fan wasn't hooked up and didn't work which made for warm sleeping. A few small changes could make this property so much better. I don't know if I would book it again....if I did I would bring my own pillows and a fan for sure.
