Nice apartment in a very nice area of Dallas. Perfect for my 3-week work trip.
Very limited interaction with property manager including check-in and check-out information. Further, the property was set up for a short-term stay and I had to purchase laundry detergent and dish soap.
The property marketing matched my experience but I would caution that the building amenities are a bit embellished given that the pool is mostly unused and generally the building is desolate especially during the week.

Great location for a long weekend getaway in Dallas. Near SMU with quick access to major freeways. Walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The decor was horrible and I itched for several days looking at algae and mushrooms on every wall except the kitchen and bedroom. I slept well and there was a bonus with the washer and dryer. Overall, once I turned around and put away all the algae and mushroom decor, I was able to enjoy a more comfortable stay and space.
