Nice apartment furnished well. Noisy in the mornings with grass cutting and leaf blowing. The neighborhood was well maintained. Easy to read instructions pertaining to your stay. I enjoyed the keyless entry. No convenient or drug stores in walking distance.

Nice, well-maintained property, despite some dated elements. Within walking distance of lots of high-end shops and restaurants, and a short drive to many other things to do. Nice bedding, towels, soap/shampoo, kitchen supplies, and sofa. There's even a comprehensive first aid kit. Downside is the significant noise. There's a bar next door that attracts a very rowdy crowd, long past midnight, including many people who hang outside. I'd recommend the place for brunch, though. There's also currently an apartment building under construction a few doors down, and work starts early.

This apartment was outdated and needed some repairs. Light switches did not work, the shower faucet needed repair. The location was great and close to lots of restaurants.
