Honestly would stay again in a heartbeat, if I was in town for a shorter trip!
I only had two complaints the entire time I was in the apartment (for just under a month) and one was that the wifi wasn’t exactly perfect so it made it a little hard to work from home in certain cases. The only other thing was that the washer and dryer are on property, not in unit - this was probably my own fault for not asking ahead of time but still threw me off regardless, based on the listing including them.
As far as the positives, they far outweigh any negatives. The location is fantastic - could not be better. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. Tons of storage! Felt super comfortable with my car being behind a locked gate. I’m also super picky about couches and beds - both fit the bill here. Armando was super responsive in general and really easy to get ahold of - I didn’t need much but I have no doubt he would be very efficient in solving any problems if they arose.
If I come back for another weekend/week trip to Dallas, I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The lack of towels and bedding was problem. Two bath towels and a throw blanket on the bed is not acceptable. The location is great and very walkable
