Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville with all of its restaurants and nightclubs
Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.

communication - my questions responses were immediate, excellent.
apartment clean, 2nd fl, no elevator. location, safe.
the bed was very comfortable, and sheets soft.
the bathroom, very clean, shower good water pressure, outdated and loose bathroom fixtures.
air conditioning - excellent, wifi - very reliable.
McKinney is very busy street and easily heard in apartment.

This is an older property but the owners have done a nice job making it pleasant. Nothing spiffy, but in a great neighborhood, near a Trader Joe’s and good restaurants. The internet was sometimes slow but otherwise we were pleased with it. Good kitchen facilities.

Overall was in a great location, close to everything! Property was a little dated as compared to the pictures posted online. Housekeeping came an hour before checkout to see if we had left yet but waited to clean until after we departed
