We are close to Downtown Dallas - the Arts District - Deep Ellum - Fair Park - the Science Center - Perot Science Museum – the West End District – the American Airlines Center - the Klyde Warren Park which is built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway - George W. Bush Presidential Center and Library - Lower Greenville with all of its restaurants and nightclubs
Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.

Great Location. Comfortable apartment. Feel free to go grocery shopping because everything you'll need to cook is in the kitchen. Close to many nice Dallas establishments. I would recommend renting a car. Not entirely necessary to get around but it does make things a lot easier.

Great location. Very old unit that has not been maintained very well. Like all older buildings it had a strong musty odor that wasn't helped by old, cloth sectional that has spent the last 15 years absorbing the odor. All fabric furniture needs to be replaced and a commercial grade air purifier needs to be installed. A little updating and this could be a great place, outstanding location.
