on the 1st floor
had netflix
garbage disposal didnt work; desk and chair in closet were wobbly/broken.
we didnt use these, so it didnt affect us.

Spacious for 2 people. Kitchen was nice and had sufficient appliances.
Cleanliness was a little below average. Looked like it was cleaned in a rush. I had to give the place another cleanup, used the laundry, and wiped down the area before settling in. Low shower pressure. Furniture and bed was squeaky. There was parking inside a gated lot, but we had to park on the sidewalk.
