It’s location. It’s not far from the Arts District .
The apartment is not bad, but it interacts with other units. The TV turned on in the middle of the night, and it was trying to connect to a streaming service. It was very disruptive.

The inside was great. 700 Sq ft apartment basically.nice and clean!
Construction next door limited parking. So.e construction noises started at 8am. The initial low price is definitely offset by the 55 dollar cleaning fee. Also, little to no contact available with staff in the evening because they do not answer the phone. There is an automated answering thing that sends a text "How can I help you?" So I typed in a question, and still no response 1 hour and 20 minutes later.
