The Swank - Close to Downtown

We liked the cleanliness of the apartment. The location was great. The host was very responsive and the directions for access and parking were very thorough and clear. We loved all the provided fans, the ceiling fans in every room, washer/dryer combo and the air mattress and extra bedding. There were a lot of options for sleeping arrangement with the two queen beds, Queen air mattress, during, and sleeper sofa. Located very close to airport and The Black Academy of Arts and Letters which was where our classes were. Loved the nearby Sprouts, Walmart grocery, Trader Joe’s and a great second hand vintage clothing store!

A couple suggested items to have for your guests would be a potholder or two for pulling things out of the oven and maybe a cookie sheet/sheet pan. But these are just small things. The A/C was no match for that Texas heat, although it was set for cool to 65 it still reached 85 degrees in the afternoon. But maybe that is just the nature of 106 weather! Thankfully there were ceiling fans in all the rooms and extra fans provided.

Das Hotel ist in einer sauberen und ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Es waren ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Lage ist für ein Fußmarsch nach Dallas Downtown auch noch ok.

Das Schlafsofa war nicht wirklich bequem für die Nacht.

Lage und Parkplatz auf umzäunten Gelände. Haben uns sicher gefühlt. Waschmaschine und Trockner wurden von uns auch genutzt, schön.

Nicht genügend Küchenutensilien und nicht so richtig sauber. Mit uns war noch ein Mäuschen zur Untermiete in der Wohnung.
