Great location and value in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Well appointed and comfortable ground floor unit in a 4 plex in an ideal location in Uptown with direct access to the Katy Trail.
A comfortable unit that can accommodate up to 6 guests (1 king bed, 1 queen bed + quality queen air mattress for extra guests). Equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, 1 assigned parking space (plenty of free street parking available too), private patio space for relaxing and all the necessary amenities provided for a pleasant stay in Dallas.

The kitchen has a couple of issues:
- the freezer door of the refrigerator does not close properly & it sets off an alarm.
- dishwasher pods were not provided
Bedroom:
- could use fresh bed linens
- the bedroom closet had a funky smell inside.... we would recommend providing lysol disinfectant spray to freshen the apartment
Apartment is in a great location.
