The living/dining area features a corner sofa bed (sleeping area 1.30 m x 2.00 m), 1 armchair, a Smart TV (1.40 m diagonal), an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, and an open kitchen. The balcony is directly accessible from here and, with its beautiful view, invites you to linger and enjoy the fresh Harz air.
There is a guest room with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.30 x 1.90) and a small dresser, and a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.
The apartment includes a parking space (No. 20) directly in front of the building.

The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential complex, not far from the Sankt Andreasberg spa gardens. The nearby Harz National Park offers a little bit of everything: from active sports to rest and relaxation.
Sankt Andreasberg boasts many hiking trails around the Sonnenberg and Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. For little adventurers, there’s a summer toboggan run and a high ropes course just a short walk from the front door. For older adventurers, there’s a mountain bike park with trails of varying difficulty levels and bike rentals.
In winter, you’ll find several downhill runs of varying difficulty levels on the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. In Sankt Andreasberg, there’s a large ski and tobogganing area right next to the spa park. The surrounding area also offers numerous cross-country ski trails of varying distances and difficulty levels.
