About this apartment rental
Welcome to my apartment 02 with a cozy wood stove and a large garden with barbecue area. The apartment is child-friendly and not far from forest and cross-country trails.
Furnishing:
Apartment 02 (approx. 120sqm for 2 to 8 people) is on the ground floor of my house. It consists of a spacious living / dining room with a wood stove (the firewood is available for a fee of 5.00 per bag), satellite TV, CD player and radio, a large kitchen with dining table in the winter garden, 1 bedroom with a double bed and separate shower / toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed, a children's room with loft bed and a bed with pull-out lower bed, 1 bathroom with shower / toilet and 1 guest toilet in the hallway.
Pets are allowed on request.
Outside:
In the spacious garden there is a terrace with stone grill and garden shed, playground and sandpit as well as enough space to play on the property. Garden table and chairs are ready for you.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be pre-ordered from me for a fee of € 10.00 per person.
Please pay the applicable spa fee on site at the Tourist Information, Am Kurpark 9, 37444 Sankt Andreasberg.

Bicycles and skis can be stored in the garage belonging to the apartment.
For a second car there is a parking space on the property or 20 m away a free large car park.
Bakery Scheunemann also offers you a bread delivery service right on your doorstep.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Besonders nett sitzt es sich im Wintergarten der großen gemütlichen Küche. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung viel Platz für Familie mit 2-3 Kindern mit Eltern, Oma+Opa und Hund. Das Objekt liegt ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wald. Vor der Wohnung gibt es schöne Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeiten und Schaukeln für die Kinder.

Die Ferienwohnung in Sankt Andreasberg war, wie beschrieben, sehr groß und gut aufgeteilt. Die Ausstattung war gut bis sehr gut. Vor allem die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und ermöglichte größere Kochaktionen... ;) Aber auch der Kamin in Wohnzimmer waren wirklich super! Die Wohnung war sauber und ist für Besucher/innen mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Die Wohnungsübergabe/-abgabe und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war völlig problemlos. Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt auch mal wieder. ;)

Das Hauptbadezimmer war total abgewohnt. Wanne und Dusche lackiert und der Lack blätterte bereits ab. Stand: 60iger Jahre. Das 2. Bad war nur durch ein weiteres Zimmer zu erreichen. auch die Küche hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Scharniere waren ausgeleiert. Türen hingen, Griffe fehlten. Insgesamt passte das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Knapp 140,00€ für 4 Personen und ein 1-jähriges Kleinkind im Februar sind schon happig.
