Sehr saubere Unterkunft in schöner Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die technischen und sanitären Anlagen und Geräte funktionieren gut, die Betten sind bequem, es gibt ausreichend Decken und Kissen. Der telefonische Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (10 und 11) hier, die ebenfalls sehr angetan waren. Kein Problem ist die in manchen Rezensionen beschriebene Straße zum Gebäude: Ja, sie ist so schlecht, dass man ca. 200 Meter sehr langsam fahren muss. Das ist aber auch mit einem normalen Kleinwagen problemlos möglich. Belohnt wird man mit einer absolut ruhigen Lage..
Die Reinigungskosten sind recht hoch. Weil das aber transparent gemacht wird, ist das aber kein Negativpunkt.

The apartment is perfect for enjoying some days in Harz. Bg enough to accomodate a family of four with all the needed amenities. We were even offered to get fresh bread in our door every morning. Really good choice.
Location is great but isolated. It means that you depend on the car for everything you need. It might be good or bad, depending on the point of view.

The apartment in a building of about 12 apartments was very well situated: on the middle floor at the corner with the most beautiful view. Great balcony with comfortable chairs for reading with a view. Several beautiful walks started right at the apartment. The other guests in the building were also quiet and friendly. Even though there is no Airco, it was easy to keep the temperature manageable by airing during the night and early morning. Comfortable to have a dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker, electrical stove and oven available in the kitchen.

Sehr groß und geräumig. Toller Blick in den Wald.
Die Schlafcouch war eine Katastrophe. Es war uns unmöglich auf dieser zu schlafen.
