About this house rental
Beautiful holiday home on the southern slope in St. Andreasberg at the edge of the forest in a very quiet location. It consists of 4 terraced houses with separate entrances for each house and each apartment. The apartments are comfortable, tastefully decorated and all different. The kitchens are equipped with modern kitchen furniture and have in the houses a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. For 50 years, the house is run by us and constantly renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. So is free Wi-Fi for everyone of course. Landline phone only on request. Children are always welcome guests, as is also provided for them in the garden as in the house by high chairs, cots, garden toys, etc.

We had a lovely family holiday in the beginning of august 2024. The location is absolutely beautiful. The host was accommodating and kind and helped us when we had questions right away. The optional breakfastbasket was a delight. Enjoyed the silence of this peaceful mountaintown. Thanks for an amazing time!

Insgesamt in Ordnung. Sauberkeit der Vormieter bezüglich Teller Geschirr und Gläser war unzureichend. Hier wäre eine Kontrolle gut gewesen, sowas keinem neuen Mieter zu übergeben. Auch hat es an Gläsern gefehlt, lediglich 2x große Waren vorhanden, und etwa 3 kleine.. Zum Wandern mit Hund hätte man sich dort auf jeden Fall mehr Wald gewünscht. Der Ort selber war nicht überlaufen und man konnte sich auch gut verpflegen. Das Haus selbst war in Ordnung, auch wenn man die Hitze nicht gut raus bekommen hat und durch ungewollte Kontrollen seitens Eigentümer wurde das Öffnen der Fenster verboten (vermerk, es hat genießelt ohne rein zu regnen, was aber unterstellt wurde!)

Großzügige Wohnung mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung und guter Lage. Balkon mit Abendsonne. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Manko - Hausverwaltung ist nicht immer erreichbar. Reparaturbedarf an einigen Stellen - deshalb leider etwas Punktabzug.

Die Lage und die komfortable Ausstattung (z.B. Spülmaschine) dieses Objekts sind eine optimale Voraussetzung für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, rund um den Brocken.
