A fabulous family stay!

The garden was excellent for having small children and the location was spot on for the beautiful Seahouses. The house was spacious and clean and had everything that you could possibly need. A real home from home! A great base for a family with small children to explore the beautiful area. The hosts were excellent too, fantastic communication and a lovely basket of treats left for us.

The sofa and chairs in the living room were not the most comfortable but that's being really picky if I had to say something to improve, it really was a great house.

A truly relaxing stay with my family.

Lovely hosts! Lovely cottage! Lovely location! Marie and Steve were fabulous hosts, quick at keeping in touch. The cottage exceeded our expectations with everything our group would need, even an excellent selection of games and music cds. The cottage was immaculate and spacious inside and out. The hot tub was such a treat especially after a day out walking and then to relax and to star gaze! The location was superb within easy walking distance to the shops and to the outstanding beautiful beach!

Very spacious and clean. Hot tub and garden were great for us all and in a great location. Lovely surprise with the hamper and the ninja air fryer. Great communication with Marie and Steve and answered any question very quickly xx

Great for a family break

The cottage is beautiful and has everything we could have needed inside. It is spacious and well thought out. We really appreciated the little treats left for us. Using the bridle path to get to Seahouses was brilliant as the kids could run about and it was only 1 mile, making the location brilliant.

The beds were very soft and one of us even ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for a night. But it didn't detract from the lovely house and all it's thoughtful touches.

Hot tub and garden was great, the beds were comfy. House was clean and lots of nice little touches in the kitchen such as coffee, milk and biscuits there when we arrived.

Wonderful and a lovely location.

It felt like home from home. Lovely property with plenty of space for a family of 5 and lots to do ie, board games, tv’s, hot tub, lots to do in the garden for children. Looking forward to staying again.

great accommodation, location and value

Ivy cottage was very spacious and comfortable - it’s also fresh, clean and looks like it’s been recently decorated. There is lots of living space and a huge garden with furniture and a patio area as well as a roof terrace. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and tea/coffee/snack supplies which was a nice welcoming touch. Seahouses is a pretty seaside small town, plenty of places to get food and some decent shops. We were only there for a couple of days and we’ll definitely hope to be back for longer another time
