Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub, within 1.1 miles, a beach, and within 1.2 miles, a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
