Nice quiet location.

Nice quiet location, very comfy cottage with good facilities.

Can’t really think of anything, only stayed for two nights and the cottage was perfectly comfortable.

Nice house, a 10 minute walk from Seahouses centre, which was perfect for us.

Nice space downstairs and a lovely garden. Quiet location, responsive host. Three bedrooms was great.

It was all fine. If I had to suggest improvement opportunities: Double bed mattress was a bit ropey, TV in lounge was small and dated, TV in back room wasn’t the best when streaming, but that could’ve been the internet. Welcome pack of choc bars was nice, milk would’ve been great and probably cheaper than the chocs. That said, I’m very grateful for the whole property, it was perfect for us.

Exceeded our expections - delighted with our stay.

The location is ideal - close enough to be only a pleasant walk from the stunning beach/ coastal path and shops ; far enough away from the busy harbour area to be able to enjoy your own, free designated parking and peaceful surrounds. A lovely, private garden to enjoy and spacious accomadation make this ideal for a group of friends or a family. The house is very well equipped with even comfy recliners and rugs to enjoy! The decor is tasteful and invites relaxation. All all the extra touches, packs of biscuts, tea, coffee, etc. just added to the lovely stay and made us feel very welcome.

Larger than the pictures indicate. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable and homely. Everything you need in the kitchen etc. Pretty little garden and consideration given to the parking as well.

Nothing really - my parents weren’t sure about the comfort level of the king bed mattress, but they’re quite fussy about that stuff, and the remote control in the front room is tricky as the buttons don’t work easily, but that was all. Amazing otherwise!!

Did the job adequately. Mattresses need replacing.

Stayed there as was going to a wedding 15mins away. It was the cheapest place I could find for the amount of people and a dog. Enclosed garden for the dog was good.

Was difficult to identify the property as the road name is not obvious and the other side of the road has a different name. Google maps points to a further along the street. I was expecting better parking. We had 2 cars but there was only really 1 designated on-road space, which when we arrived was taken by the neighbour. We were given the wrong code for the key box- so my in-laws who arrived first could not enter and had to wait for us. Turns out the numbers had been inverted so we managed to get in without contacting host. The mattresses - particularly the master bed, was so soft and flat it felt like it didn’t have much filling. Not supportive at all. Some maintenance issues - the shower tray is cracked but had some sealant on it to stop leaks. Was concerned about where I put my feet while showering so as not to break it further.

Superb

The location was great- a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Seahouses but a short walk down the old railway line into town. Easy on street parking outside the front door. The property was clean and well equipped. Lovely big shower. Attractive little garden and space to sit out. Cosy lounge for relaxing in the evening.

We found the king-size bed in the main bedroom very uncomfortable. Rubbish bags in back yard area. Difficult to put bins out as it's a mid terrace- clearer information needed so holiday makers can tidy up after themselves and make sure rubbish is collected.

A lovely property with a very helpful owner who kept in touch with us about our stay.

A very comfortable cottage with plenty of room and well-equipped. It has a lovely garden and table and chairs outside. We found it very clean and well-decorated. Very easy to walk down into Seahouses village (about 10 mins) which has lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants. The Ship Inn was great as were the fish and chip restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

We did use the washing machine for one load but would have liked a washer dryer. However, the clothes line was fine as the weather stayed good! I cannot recommend the Italian restaurant nearby for takeaways at least as we were charged £13 for a slice of takeaway veg lasagne. Everything else was perfect.

Very clean, comfortable house. Good sized bedrooms and an amazing shower. Short walk into town for the pubs and restaurants in the evenings.

Because there are two street names apparrent and North Lane not that clear, a better understanding of where it is or a photo of the front of house would help. Look at google maps street view of 5 North Lane!.

The house was lovely and spacious. Very clean. It looks a lot better in the flesh than in the photos. Good location, within walking distance to the town.

The beds were a little too soft for us. And some black out blinds or curtains would make the stay much more comfortable. Or just thicker darker curtains, as the room was bright by 4.30am. Other than that, the place was lovely.

lovely home in a Beautiful location

The house was very well kept and only a short walk into Seahouses. It was a great holiday and the owners were very helpful when we needed them. Everywhere was clean and tidy, and there was a good folder for local information and contacts etc.

The only thing I would probably say was the double bed was a little firm for us personally but the other beds were super comfortable

Thoroughly content and happy. Pure cosy bliss.

A beautifully and stylishly decorated terraced house, with three lovely bedrooms and two stunning public rooms. A few minutes from the harbour, beach and Bamburgh Castle. As soon as we left we wanted to return. Thank you so very much to the owners Bruce and Kirsty.

Constructively only, a wee hook on the back of the bathroom door and also the WiFi code inside the house folder.

very lovely, well looked after property. location was ideal, amenities were spot on. log fire perfect for cold, rainy nights. instructions very clear from hosts, no issues at all. would definitely recommend.
