Ladyburn House is a lovely new property furnished to a high standard and is located near the Harbour in Seahouses. The house has views of the sea from the lounge and just a stones throw away from the harbour and town centre

When entering the property you will go in to the hall way which has three bedrooms and a bathroom leading from it. As you walk along the hall you will firstly come to the twin bedroom with two full size single beds. The you will reach the next bedroom which has a double bed and finally the last bedroom on this floor which is a king-size bedroom with double doors which lead on to a small outside areas with a table and two chairs. At the end of the hall is a family bathroom with a walk in shower, Bath, Basin and WC
On the first floor is a beautiful room housing the large lounge flowing through dining room and kitchen, A cloakroom with a toilet on this floor
There is a Juliette balcony in the dinning area. Where you can enjoy sea views
The kitchen has an electric hob and oven and a dishwasher. Other essetntials such a kettle, toaster and coffee machine are all provided. The washing machine and the microwave are located in a small utility room off the dining area
