great location if you like golf even better just real next door

Size of property, off street parking, close to town, comfy beds, large dining kitchen and sunroom.
Heating not working properly, engineer due on day we left, water pressure hit and miss, damp smell in downstairs front bedroom, no working hot tap in shower room it simply spins around.
