A wonderfully presented holiday cottage with excellent facilities. Very comfortable and centrally located. The decor and cleanliness were excellent. A pleasing extra was the milk in the fridge and some biscuits, coffee and tea to enjoy!

I loved the shortbread biscuits and tea and coffee service upon arrival. The beds were super comfy. The location couldn't be beat...and it was super helpful just rocking up and using the keycode to enter rather than waiting about to meet someone for handoff.
The tile in the bathroom without the bathtub (the back bathroom) could do with a good bleach...it was gross. There was a crack in the bottom of the cafetiere which caused it to leak. The door keypad didn't work well when it was rainy or moist out--causing us to try 5-6 times before we could gain access.

Fab house, very spacious, spotlessly clean, with a little private garden and cream tea on arrival! Very well equipped, had everything we needed, cleaning packs an added bonus!
Great location too, near shops, lido and excellent eating spots. Enjoyed lively walk along coast to Mousehole.
Entrance to parking spot a little narrow but appreciated reserved parking space, not easy to find in Penzance.
