L’appartement est très bien situé, il est très bien agencé et le petit balcon est joliment décoré sur le thème de la dolce vita. La porte sécurisée avec un code digital est un vrai plus pour la sécurité des voyageurs. Le propriétaire est vraiment très professionnel.
La climatisation est de rigueur dans l’appartement, exclusivement dans une région comme la Côte d’Azur. La présence du ventilateur déjà présent dans l’appartement est INDISPENSABLE. Les toilettes ont un problème mais c’est un sujet déjà discuté avec le propriétaire.

Appartement fonctionnel, suffisant pour un couple voir une petite famille. Immeuble propre et sécurisé. Stationnement dans la rue disponible sans difficulté .
Rien de particulier, pour un court séjour cela fait très bien l’affaire.

L'appartement convient pour 2 personnes. La machine à laver est fonctionnelle. La terrasse est agréable
À notre arrivée beaucoup d'appareil étaient débranché ainsi que le robinet de la chasse d'eau, L'hôte ne m'en a pas informé c'est moi qui suis aller tour rebranché. Les chaînes en direct sur la télévision ne marchait pas. La propreté de la vaisselle , du four et de la salle de bain est à revoir . Le ventilateur était sale. Il y avais certes un lave linge , mais pas de lessive.
