The room was amazing very clean very tidy very good amenities and a really nice view of the water. It was very quiet and relaxed. The bed in the main room was quite soft and fluffy

I was a little confused as I was looking for ‘Resort Heaven’ in address and OAKS WINDSOR AND SEAFORTH’ appeared???

Location, price, facilities were all outstanding 🙏

needs a bit of a thourough deep clean... carpets needed vacuuming n ceiling has dust balls hanging off it, the black out curtains have some sort of white powdery substance to it....🤔

Great facilities, excellent pools, comfy beds, good location, fast response by management when we had a couple of issues

Very dirty. Apartment was filthy when we first arrived. Management got the cleaners to return but they still missed half of what we showed them and we found more issues afterwards. Black mould was in the living room, kids bedroom and all over the balcony chairs which was concerning. Sand all over the laundry. Grime and hairs in the ensuite. Oven wasn't cleaned with old dirty foil inside it. The kids bedroom had a very pungent musty smell that continued through the entire stay. The stove top couldn't get hot enough to boil water and was basically useless. The range hood was also broken. What looked like dried blood stains over the blinds. The main AC had a musty smell and was filthy. Beautiful complex but the actual apartment needs a lot of TLC and a thorough deep cleaning. I would rate it an 8 if that's done. Also, the management overcharged us by including a hidden surcharge fee of over $40. By law, these must be disclosed but they intentionally kept it hidden and tried to blame the website for "not letting them share it" and have refused to pay it back. We will be disputing this.
