Pool side was great

Staff at the hotel were very disappointing in helping us where we were going

I felt like it wasn’t very clean. Hair on the showers, the floor just felt dirty

The pool and spa were a great feature. The complex is quiet and there seems to be a lot of owners in the building which were all very friendly. The property itself was good. The management was poor from Sunny BnB.

We booked through booking.com and ended up renting it through Sunny BnB which made it a poor experience. There were a number of issues: Check in was at 3pm. We are a family with a 2 and a 4 year old and we were wanting to gain access after travelling all day to start to dinner, bed and bath routine. We arrived and the cleaner was still there. She did not leave until after 4pm even referring to the lasts guests as ‘pigs’. We went to the pool with our tired kids. No communication from Sunny BnB as to when the property would be ready. We went back to check only to realise the cleaner had left. You seem to be communicating with an offshore team and never meet anyone from the actual BnB company. The balcony was not clean and we had to vacuum and mop this ourselves. There was a layer of dust and it was definitely a surface clean that was done. We reported this to Sunny BnB and the cleaner must have made up a blatant lie that we were sitting on the balcony and refused to move. We then got inside and the laundry door was off its hinges. We reported it straight away and were told someone would come the next day. This did not happen. Then they accused us of damaging the door and threatening to charge us all before even seeing it themselves or having any communication with us. Then the towel rail fell off. My husband is a builder and fixed this. Then it’s the small things such as really poor quality 3 in 1 body wash and shampoo provided, no pods for the Nespresso coffee machine, no dishwashing detergent for the washing machine. We often stay in air BnB and hotels and it is these 1% things that set the good air BnB managing properties apart. Overall this was a poor experience and it was purely because of the bad management and lack of communication. Sunny BnB even hung up on us and refused to meet with us. I feel for the owners who pay them as they are probably none the wiser as to how their guests are actually treated.
