Beachside 2-Bed with Pools Gym BBQ and Parking

We loved the entire stay, highly recommend to families.

The only downside is the locking system in the unit. A chain at the top would be handy. I found out the hard way when my son slept walked out of our unit door. Just a little bit more secure door would be Great 😊 also the cleaning equipment wasn't great, the vacuum was full of hair, dust and fluffy, it was flat within 2 minutes.the dust brush was missing and The mop was broken, all these things make it hard to meet the requirements of check out.

Closeness to water

Close to where we wanted to be - pool looked beautiful but weather was a bit cold for us to use. Easy access = good instructions. 2 x bathrooms a bonus. Good size apartment for what we needed.

We had a 12pm check in but the room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. We had 2 adult children with us boy/girl and they didn’t want to sleep in same room so we used sofa-bed. Sofa-bed could do with an overlay to make it more comfortable. Doesn’t look like the sofa-bed had been cleaned under for a while.

Location and a beautiful beach area

The door almost impossible to open had to get the Oaks receptionist to help, and she said it shouldn't be like this. Why wasn't it fixed surely cleaners must have had issues with the lock? I reported it. When we tried to use washing machine the day before we left, there were no dirty clothes to pack, couldn't start it no power, no instructions for a fuse box ect. When I pushed on the dryers socket, it flashed on and off. Phoned the help line who were nice, but being weekend and they also had no information about machine wouldn't be fixed. So I said I was going home the next day. So, I'm not happy . Plus been twice before overlooking the pool area not car park area which photos showed same areas as before with the same couple. The location made our holiday for restaurants, etc.
