Situated on the second floor, this open-plan unit has glimpses of the ocean from the balcony and is directly opposite the beach. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom to keep you cool on sunny days. Additionally, unwind with a smart TV that provides access to Netflix, Stan, Prime, and other streaming services as well as a sound bar in the family room and a Google Home.

Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza – with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.
There’s plenty to see and do whilst on holidays on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, SeaLife Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Tree tops challenge at the Big Pineapple or Maleny Bird Sanctuary.
Local markets are held every Sunday at Cotton Tree and Fisherman’s Road and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.
The Sunshine Coast is also home to some of the best beaches in the world. The water is safe for swimming year-round, and the soft sand perfect for throwing down a towel or playing beach sports. Adventures on the water can range from jet skiing, hydro foiling or surfing , or if you're after a more sedate experience, paddling through the crystal waters on a kayak or stand up paddle board - perfect for the Maroochy river.
Whatever you chose to do there are plenty of options on offer during your stay on the Sunshine Coast.

Great location, can’t get much closer to the beachfront than this place. Loved our stay

Positives, Perfect position, plenty of room and partial electric failure was fixed as quickly as could be expected. Negatives are scarce furnishings, 28 steps to apartment, ( we are over 80) no Wi Fi, no sheets, no towels and no cleaning programme over a 5 week hire. The latter wasn't a problem for us but its lack should have been reflected in the high renting cost.
