Oceanview Apartment

Beautiful location, very nicely furnished and clean.

Very awkward with only one set of keys for all guests to share.

Location was awesome for Alex Surf Club. Apartment has been renovated and the little things thought of like plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.

If you are an early riser then you’ll be fine staying here. If you don’t like waking up with the sun, you’ll hate it. There’s no block out curtains. And the master bedroom faces East. There’s also no block out curtains in the 2nd bedroom (actually no curtains at all on one window) = whole house awake well before we wanted to be. There’s only one key provided so key logistics were a challenge. There’s no air conditioning and whilst I know (being a resident of an Esplanade apartment on the Gold Coast), there are days when you need AC. The balcony has been taken over by master bedroom and dining area but as there’s only a part wall you hear everything in the bedroom from the missing wall between bedroom and dining room. Being sold 11am check out but being told 10am on the morning of. Lucky we’d already left. No idea where rubbish room is, if bag too big for rubbish chute.
