Location great, price good & bedding smelt clean so bedrooms were good.
Really hot inside so opened windows. Bathroom window had red spiders around it & when I opened the bathroom window lots more little red spiders fell in. Therefore course in the bathroom & basically it needed a good upgrade. The sink hot tap moved & difficult to close. The kitchen was not clean enough, dust on top of toaster etc

Space good, beds good. Easy to find and parking. We paid for what we got.
Very creeky floors from rooms next door ( but it is an old building). It would be nice if they put a stair rail in for the older person
