Pier View Self Catering Luxury Apartments

Hosts were so lovely and massively helpfull from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Especially with thr parking, they took that all in there own hands and managed that for us.

Location was also perfect for what we needed and apartment was so lovely and spacious as a family of 4. The only small niggle I would say it that the apartment was just a little dated for the price. Our kids were on the pull out sofa bed which the cushions were really worn and the fabric was falling off and the bed itself wouldn't actually lay flat. I think that could just do with an update.

Close to everything and very comfy. Daughter has mobility problems and managed fine. There was only a couple of small steps inside apartment. Lots of nice goodies on arrival (even breakfast)

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Ed and his wife were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and made us feel so welcome. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were thoughtful little touches waiting for us on arrival, including milk, juice, snacks, tea and coffee, which was such a lovely gesture and made us feel instantly at home. Ed was also incredibly accommodating and kindly offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. They genuinely went above and beyond for us. After we had checked out, my husband realised he had accidentally left his phone in the apartment. Ed and his wife drove 10 minutes to meet us so that we could get them back. We were so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help, especially after we had already left. It’s these little things that make such a difference. Ed and his wife were warm, helpful and incredibly thoughtful, and their hospitality really made our stay special. We would highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again. The property was located between the beachfront and a good high street which had a good selection of high street shops/chains. Directly outside apartment is a park area with seating which was nice to sit out in the evening. Property was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a short break. Lovely touches from host Ed - tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, water, cereal, pastries and treats which was a godsend as we haven’t managed to shop beforehand - thanks Ed. Apartment although close to beachfront is relatively quiet, which was good as windows were continually open due to hot weather 🥵. Managed to get parking directly outside. Ed sorted parking for the duration of our stay so didn’t need to worry about getting up at 8am each day to sort. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks Ed and Meg

One very very minor thing, the water pressure of the shower is a bit on the low side, more of a preference than a problem
