Nice & Roomy, beds comfortable, good communication from Host, value for money.
Parking can be hit & miss due to location of property in busy residential area, Bathroom needs an update and redecorating. Unfortunately living room windows sound insulation not so good and lots of noise from outside traffic (although not in bedrooms), on the day, view of a very messy & overgrown back garden. Cleaners could had removed all the spam post from floor of front door and the fridge had not been cleaned and emptied, mouldy can of squirty cream and takeaway sauce left in there.

It was a decent space for what we needed. The owner was very helpful and responsive.
Whilst parking is available on street it is very busy and was often hard to find a space to park in.

Lovingly decorated, 15 minute walk to beach and city centre.
Small things to improve but the owner is all over it.
