Great location by the sea front and the busy Leigh Road/Broadway. The apartment was clean and 1 issue with the cot was solved quickly. The hosts communicated extremely well and were very responsive. I would recommend it as a base to go and explore Leigh on Sea and the surrounding areas. The toy cupboard was a lovely bonus for our one year old.
No information leaflet in the property so we were left to discover things for ourselves (cooker oven switch/backdoor keys) Kitchen cupboards were quite sparse with cups/wine glasses etc

location was excellent for our needs, great walks along seafront in both directions, wonderful vibe on main high street of leigh, restaurant's, cafe & bars, all local people very friendly, local bus travel very easy, so can leave car parked up.
main oven in property not working but was supplied with a air fryer & microwave, also green sofa lost a lot of stuffing for comfort, garden needed a little TLC

Good position in town. Flat was clean and tidy. Parking was easy nearby. Excellent bedroom with double bed. Great potential if more attention to detail given.
Sofa beds not suitable for large adults. They were neither comfortable, or large enough. Couldn't find remote control for tv in bedroom and didn't look like the advertised photo. Toilet seat needs replacing as poor quality and not affixed properly. Garden needs attention.
