Right by Leigh Broadway Private Garden large ground fl apt

The property was in a great location for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive.

The sofas/sofa beds! Unfortunately the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever sat on. We used one as a sofa, which we had to use all the cushions to provide some padding for comfort and the other one I had to sleep on. I had to use the topper and 2 duvets to make it vaguely comfortable. The sofas are the only thing letting this property down.

Comfortable and good size rooms.

No on site parking, and it’s very hard to get a parking spot in the street as most cars stay parked for days.

The property is very well laid out and is perfect for everyone. We used this property for our son’s wedding and it fulfilled our every need.

There is nothing to dislike. There are obviously a few little bits that could be repaired but they are minor and do not change the quality of our stay

The location was ideal for what we needed, close to freinds and event taking place. There was alot of room within the accomodation and was warm and secure. Plenty of white goods equipment for self catering. Parking ok we stayed during weeked which was free between friday and monday

The photos need updating , when we arrived there was o ly 1 toilet roll (could have asked for some more but should I need to ? ) The long green sofa in living room for watching tv was the most uncomfortable sofa I have sat on to which we didnt even sit on so made having that space pointless. Was a black chair at a desk which didnt stay up everytime we sat on it it went down. There is also a black futon which is there to sleep more people if others were looking to stay, both myself and partner slept on this on our stay due to a very noisy person upstairs kept on moving furniture around ar front of building ( this sofa was like sleeping on a concrete slab) Bedroom was ok again photos not updated but duvet could have been thicker. I feel for what we paid the comfort score would be alot higher given much more comfortable seating area it just looked like someone had been to antiques furniture store. Would point is wifi but it is not great tv in the lounge woukd not connect to watch netflix again a wasted area. Sorry its more bad then good on the what we didnt like but honesty is best.
