Great location but not very clean
The best thing about this apartment was the location. Really near the city center but quiet at the same time. During our first night we realized some of the bed sheets were missing (we only had the “lower” ones going over the mattress), but we messaged our host and they brought them the next day.
Overall, the apartment was not very clean nor looked after. The toilet area in the bathroom smelled quite bad and some of the furniture was dirty (the sofa had stains, the walls were scratched) Also in one of the bedrooms the plug wasn’t working.

Fresh appartment, amazing AC, would stay again
Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for, 2 min walk to all the resturants and shops. Beds were good and the toilet clean. AC worked really well and the kitchen fresh. What we did not expect was the new and fresh tv :D. WIFI worked well. Great contact with owner of the appartment, making sure everything was okay and they were also good at giving tourist tips on what to do. We loved or stay!
Kitchen sink is leaking but is still usable. Otherwise all good

perfect location in a ideal apartment
We had an incredible stay here in arapova, had an absolutely fantastic trip and this apartment was the reason for it! location was amazing so so close to the city centre and the apartment was plenty spacious and very comfortable 3 big bed for people to sleep on and a full stocked kitchen! we had an absolute great time staying here and would 100% recommend ye to stay in arapova apartment in split !!
