The location was great. The room very tidy (we had studio N1). The bed was very confortable. It was a great place to visit Split. Thank you for the little treats in the room. It was a pleasure to stay at your place!

Everything is close reach in the beautiful city.

It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location right at the city center. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. The room was already cooled down according to our check-in time so it was a perfect first impression. It was very clean.

There is noise coming from the street in the night. If you are a light sleeper, it might briefly wake you up.

Great location and great hosts

The hosts were fantastic. Our aircon unit wasn’t working and the host quickly organized a cooling unit for us which worked very well. Location is great and easy to find.

A slight mould smell in the bathroom but it didn’t bother us too much

La localización es perfecta, en pleno centro a 5 minutos de todo, con restaurantes y supermercados cerca y aún así, una zona muy tranquila. Perfectamente equipado para pasar unos días, limpio y funcional.

Echamos en falta algo más de equipamiento en la cocina de cosas básicas como un estropajo para fregar, una bayeta o un simple trapo.

El apartamento tiene una localización perfecta. No se tarda más de 5 minutos a cualquier lugar del centro y no tiene el ruido de las calles centrales. Estaba perfectamente limpio y el espacio, aunque un poco escaso, es perfecto para dos personas.

Nur für ganz kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet

Das Appartment liegt im Zentrum, ca.200 Meter von der Riva Promenade, in der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, usw. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine süße Terrasse, die wir leider wegen der Hitze nicht nutzen konnten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut drin geschlaffen. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich sehr süß und goldig, aber klein.

Das Appartment liegt im Dachgeschoss, die Klimaanlage musste dauerhaft laufen, sonst wäre es nicht auszuhalten. Die Dachterrasse ist leider nur über eine 3 Stufen-Leiter, die am Fenster steht zu erreichen, was etwas wackelig und ein bisschen gefährlich ist. Es gibt so zu sagen keine Terrassentür, man muss über das Fenster, mit Hilfe der Leiter rausgehen... Die Terrasse ist in den Sommermonaten unmöglich zu nutzen, da sich die Mauern drumherum sehr aufheizen. In der Küche gab es kein Geschirrtuch, wir konnten unser Geschirr und Gläser nicht abtrocknen. Es hat ein Handbesen und eine kleine Schaufel zum fegen gefehlt. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist so klein, dass man sich beim Zähneputzen den Ellenbogen an der Wand, bzw. am Türrahmen ständig angerennt hat. Der Klopapierspender hängt an der Wand irgendwie mitten im Weg zur Dusche, so dass man da dran immer hängen geblieben ist. Das Zimmer an sich ist auch ganz klein und die Dachschräge und die Balken machen es schwierig sich da drin zu zweit zu bewegen, ohne sich ständig den Kopf an den Balken zu verletzen. Es fehlt komplett eine Information über den Müll, wir wussten nicht, wo wir unser Müll entsorgen sollten...

Tekrar geleceğim

Oda çok temizdi. Sunucular asla iletişimi koparmadı hep yardımcı oldular. Çok güzel bir lokasyonda hem merkeze yakın hem sessiz bir yerdi. Tekrar gelebilirim. Özellikle banyo ve mutfak harikaydı. Her şey vardı. 24 saat sıcak su ve Klima çok iyiydi.

Koridor ışıklarına bazen ulaşamadım bazen karanlıktı :)

Locatia a fost fix in centru, aproape de debarcader, foarte multe restaurante si marketuri in apropiere. Interesanta si cladirea cu interior din piatra si mobilata cu bun gust.
