Znjan beachfront apartments Split

Mario was a friendly and helpful host. He personally handled both check-in and check-out and sent several useful messages before our arrival with information about the apartment and the area. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with a kettle, microwave, washing machine, sink, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, towels, TV, and air conditioning. The balcony offers a nice beach view and includes a drying rack. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space overall. The location is excellent. The beach is just a short walk away, and in our opinion it is one of the best beaches in Split. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and other conveniences nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to travel elsewhere.

The smart lock system was convenient in theory but occasionally glitchy, often requiring two or three attempts to unlock the door. The shower had hot water, but finding a comfortable temperature was difficult, and the water would sometimes turn cold during showers, likely due to the limited capacity of the boiler. The automatic blackout shutters in the bedroom were broken during our stay. As a result, the room became very bright around 7 a.m. every morning. There were additional blinds, but they did not fully cover the windows. Sound insulation could also be improved, as we could clearly hear loud TV or radio noise from neighboring apartments. The air conditioner is positioned between the living room and bedroom, which made airflow less effective. The living room eventually cooled down, but the bedroom remained quite warm. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, and while the main bed was comfortable, the pillows were quite high and firm. A few small amenities would make a big difference for guests. There were no toiletries provided, such as shampoo or conditioner, and no washing machine detergent pods. Leaving basic essentials like these would significantly improve convenience at a very low cost.

Obere Straße viel Baustellenverkehr.

Ich habe aus buchungstechnischen Gründen die etwas größere Wohnung nebenan bekommen, die meisten Punkte passen aber für beide Apartments. Kurz: ich fand Preis-Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut, war 4 Tage da, davon leider 2 mit Bora-Wind, war trotzdem schön - weil Split für mich eine neue/interessante Stadt war. Hier einiges zur Wohnung: - der Host Mario war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit - der Apartment war ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht: Doppelbett, Möblierung, Klimaanlage, TV, Dusche/Toilette, Safe. Bei mir gab es einen kleinen Balkon mit Wäschetrockner. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier waren da (habe es aber nirgendwo anders erlebt). - Küche mit Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, minimalem Set von Besteck/Geschirr/eine Pfanne/ein Kochtopf. - vor der Wohnungstüren befindet sich eine teils überdachte Terrasse mit einigen Stühle und einem Tisch, wo man abends oder beim Regen draußen sitzen kann. - der Weg raus zu Put Žnjana ist nur eine Treppe nach oben, keine Codeschlösser oder so (alternativ rein ins Treppenhaus vom Haus und Fahrstuhl, habe ich nicht benutzt). Von da aus kommt man in 5 Minuten zu Žnjan Strand, vor Kurzem eröffnete Kette von Kiesstrände mit Kaffes, Sportplätze, breiter Walking-Street. Ich mochte den Anfang, gegenüber Amphora Hotel, weil der Kies dort am meisten barfußfreundlich war. Und Gal-Kaffee dort hat mir auch gefallen. Man geht hin am besten vom Ausgang oben nach rechts und die erste nochmal nach rechts und kommt in ca. 6 Min an die Treppe zum Strand. - Ein Supermarket 2 Minuten von der Tür, etwas weiter ein größerer Studenec Supermarkt haben alles was man braucht. - Wenn man nicht mit einem Auto unterwegs ist: mit Google-Maps etwas zu Stadtbus laufen (Ticket 2 Euro), 30 Min Fahrzeit zu Diokletian-Palast oder Hafen. Alternativ Uber oder Bolt Taxi Services - um 10€, Ich bin die 5 Km mal den Strand entlang gelaufen, eine gute Stunde war's.

Close to the beach.

This guy wrongfully accused me of damaging his apartment. He blamed me for damaging the cabinet door, the kitchen worktop, the tiles in the bathroom, the flushing toilet button, and the fridge door. When I went to look, there was very little damage - scratches on all things. Surrounding the apartment is messy, a bag full of garbage lay inside the building next to the elevator for a few days. The walls in the corridors are damaged and dirty and the dust is not running out. The apartment has an unpleasant smell, but has an air freshener. WIFI connection is very poor. On top of all that, it was full of annoying mosquitoes.
