Apartments Villa Excelsio Split

Der Strand ist fast direkt vor der Haustüre.

The Villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was a hit definitely made a big difference in that heat, kept it very cool. The balcony was very nice and big, we loved having our breakfast/ dinner out there. It also had a shower which again was brilliant to just cool off if we needed it. The location was spot on literally under 5 mins walk to the beach. Everything you need is under the tip of your finger. The beach bars, restaurants, shops, clubs etc and 10 mins drive away from town. A big Thank you to our host she was amazing at all times made sure we was accommodated well and was very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, our host, Danijela, made us feel incredibly welcome. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and she was always kind, responsive, and thoughtful. A lovely welcome package was waiting for us on arrival, which was such a nice surprise. To make our stay even more special, she came by with a delicious birthday cake for my mother's 93rd birthday. It was such a warm and personal gesture that we will never forget. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It offers three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fantastic balcony with several seating areas where we enjoyed many relaxing moments. We also loved the friendly tortoise in the garden—it added a unique and charming touch to our stay. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the sea, restaurants, and everything you need, while the apartment itself is wonderfully peaceful and quiet. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Danijela, for your exceptional hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split.

As a small suggestion for improvement, an additional power outlet in the kitchen would be helpful. There was only one outlet available for the microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, so having a second one would make using the appliances a bit more convenient.

Location and view are great
