Guest House - close to all amenities

Ideal for us as a family of 5, very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Behind a locked gate so felt very safe and quiet so we all had a good nights sleep. Shower pressure was very good too.

Very warm but that can’t be help and the owners had provided us with a fan.

Spent a great weekend in Northampton. The location of this property was perfect for us - halfway between the centre of town and the venue we were attending (at the cricket ground). We also spent time during the day at the really beautiful (and nearby) Abington Park with its lovely open spaces, museum and cafe which my young family enjoyed. The location of the property is close to a fairly busy street with bars, fast food joints and mini markets. Fairly lively at night but we were not affected by noise at all. And once you're in the property you wouldn't know how close to these amenities you are. Check in and check out was easy and we bumped into the cleaning team who were very nice and did an excellent job.

Beds were awful. Felt every spring

Neighbours able to see into bedroom window while smoking in courtyard. Leak through ceiling into shared entrance when someone takes a shower.
